Welcome to my sexual awakening and hopefully yours as well. I have reached mid-life and had the strangest event happen to me that no one told me about. My libido came back. YES!

After raising three kids and working on a career outside the home, I thought my sex-drive was a thing of the past. But somewhere between 40 and 43 I actually became interested in sex again. Oh, I was sexual during my 30’s but it was more from the guilt driven  “I need to keep hubby happy” or “I should be wanting sex.”

But my 40’s… wow baby… I actually think about it during the day and happily seduce my hubby, Roadie, the minute the kids are in bed at night. And yes Roadie thinks he has died and gone to heaven.

The problem with all this is that my body is no longer 20 nor is Roadie’s. The tricks and positions we used in our youth resulted in muscle cramps and access issues in our 40’s. There are other factors too, such as a desire to wear sexy lingerie but only finding the “knock me down and fuck me” stuff worn by a 20-year old hard body.

So I went searching online for some wisdom, some toys and some lingerie and quickly became shocked, repulsed and indignant that the only models shown are busty 20-year old women.

I decided that I couldn’t be the only one wanting some practical and interesting information to help me enjoy my new desires and feel good about my body so….
